Terms Of Service
- Single parent, working part time.
Not available 24/7 but I'll get back to you as soon as I can
- Completion up to 3 weeks after starting your order
- No generative AI is used in any part of my works
- You must be 18+ to commission me
- Credit me accordingly for my work (tag me on Bluesky or link my Carrd)
- Do NOT claim, edit, trace, modify or alter my work in any way or form outside of resizing or making the image transparent for social media icons or similar
- I do not work with deadlines within 2 weeks of when you placed your order. Plan accordingly!
- I do not consent to the use of my art for selling NFTs or the use of training AI / databases in any way
- Refunds are available under certain conditions (read below)
- I reserve the right to deny your commission for my own reasons
- I do not accept written character descriptions with no images. Please have a flat color 2D/drawn image of your character for me to reference
Note: 3D references (such as game screenshots or 3D models) may be used as additional reference
- I do not consent to the use of my art for selling NFTs or the use of training AI / databases
- I do not accept AI 'art' as reference for your commission. If I find that you use or consume AI 'art', I have the right to refuse my artistic services to you
- My work cannot be used to spread hate speech against anyone's race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, or other harmless minority aligned group
- Fascists / Right Wingers, Transphobes, Nazis, Pedos, and Zoos are not protected by the above rule!
- Full Payment due up front, or 50/50 plan - half after sketch, half before delivering final files
If total commission price reaches $100 USD, then payment plans are applicable
- Be sure to send payment within 2 days of ordering your commission; otherwise your slot goes back up for grabs
- If I can't physically finish your commission (work injury or tech failure)
- I will offer refund or ask if you want to extend deadline after 2 month mark
- If you need to cancel your order, contact me before you process the payment!
Client Cannot Complete Payment
- You, the client, don't get the final files if you can't complete the payment ( ex. last half of 50/50 pay plan )
- Your files will be scrapped or repurposed as a base for loss of income and work time
- Refunding a completed commission is theft and you will be blacklisted from working with me again
- I will happily make changes during the sketch phase of your order, please let me know if I can fix something you're unhappy with!
- Small changes during the sketch phase are fine, but don't abuse this
- Major design changes that are entirely different from the original request will be considered a new commission and charged full price
- I am typically unavailable on most American Holidays, as I will be with family
- Rude/unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated!
If this happens, you will be refunded full/partial payment depending on progress and your artwork will be deleted
- Files Include: .png images of non-watermark image for personal galleries, watermarked image for uploading - can be transparent and/or with color background separately
- Files can also be sent through email on request
- You must be at least 18 at the time of ordering from me, and paying with your own account
- Have your age listed in the bio of your social(s)
- Please provide thorough references of your character (drawn) or any toys/gear they will be using (photos OK, warn if explicit). If you cannot "explain it" I will not draw it
- Do not send me unsolicited nudes of yourself or any IRL models as reference material without warning and my OK first
- I have the right to refuse your order if your request makes me uncomfortable
